Conference on Computing and Missions
Registration: ICCM 99 will be hosted by Taylor University, on their 250-acre country campus in Upland, Indiana. The $250 on-site registration fee includes registration, room and board. ICCM 99 starts with a BBQ at 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 4 and ends with lunch on Tuesday, June 8. Registration is open from 1p.m. Friday.
Housing, Meals and Dress: Conferees will stay in Bergwall Hall with spacious, air-conditioned rooms (each room houses two persons, one bathroom, and one 10Mbit ethernet link jack). Individual rooms available for an additional fee. Meals will be in the University dining commons (except when we venture out for ice cream at Ivanhoes!). Remember... informal dress! Expect variable weather (usually hot and humid, possibly cool and rainy) outdoors, and comfortable indoors.
Travel: Map of Tayloru U. campus and hiway map of where to exit off I69. Taylor University is located 60 miles north of the Indianapolis (IND) airport. By car, Taylor University is located 4 miles east of I- 69, 60 miles north of Indianapolis and 50 miles south of Fort Wayne. Exit on SR 22 or 26 and follow the signs. The registration desk will be open from 1 p.m. Friday. Shuttle Service Full (There will be shuttle service ($20 round trip) between Indianapolis Airport and Taylor. The shuttle will collect conference attendees at 2 p.m. on Friday at Carousel #2. Schedule your return flight to leave Indianapolis after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday if you want to use the shuttle.)
Vendors: Display spaces are available for a nominal fee of $25 per 8 foot space, in addition to the normal $200 registration/room/board fee per person no matter how long one stays at the conference (which is the policy for all attendees). See the web site or contact us for further vendor details.
Note: The $25 fee only applies to vendors wanting display spacewe will still maintain a single unmanned brochure table in the hall outside the conference room.
