ICCM'99 Evaluation Survey Instructions
For conference attendees:

1) You'll need a login ID and password to the ICTA web site if you don't already have one. This allows you to have your own personal copy of the survey you can update throughout the conference.

2) Go to the survey site whenever you like and fill out OR UPDATE your copy of the ICCM '99 survey:
